1. Services Provided

1.1 Photoshoots

Private, pre‑booked photography sessions arranged in advance. Photoshoots do not include a set number of images — the final number varies depending on the session, location, and conditions on the day.

1.2 Roadside Photography

Images captured during roadside sessions at public locations. Riders may purchase images after viewing the gallery.

2. Booking, Retainers & Payment

2.1 Photoshoots — 50% Retainer

A non‑refundable 50% retainer is required to secure your booking.

Your date is not confirmed until the retainer has been paid.

2.2 Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid in full before any images are delivered.

No previews, unedited images, or final images will be released until payment has been completed.

2.3 Roadside Photography

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering images.

2.4 Accepted Payment Methods

Details of accepted payment methods are provided during booking or checkout.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

3.1 Client Cancellations (Photoshoots)

Retainers are non‑refundable.

If you need to reschedule, XF Photography will accommodate where possible, subject to availability.

3.2 Weather & Safety

XF Photography may reschedule a session if weather or safety conditions make shooting unsuitable.

In such cases, your booking will be moved to the next available date.

4. Delivery of Images

4.1 Photoshoots

Edited digital images will be delivered via an online gallery within the timeframe stated during booking.

Images are only released once the final balance has been paid.

4.2 Roadside Photography

Purchased images will be delivered digitally after payment is received.

4.3 File Format

All images are delivered as high‑resolution digital files.

Physical prints are not included unless agreed separately.

5. Refunds

5.1 Digital Images Are Non‑Refundable

Due to the nature of digital products, all image sales are final and non‑refundable, including photoshoot images and roadside images.

5.2 Failed Downloads

If you experience issues accessing your files, XF Photography will assist in re‑sending the images.

6. Usage Rights

6.1 Personal Use Licence

Purchased images include a personal use licence. You may share them on social media, print them for personal use, and display them privately.

6.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Sell, license, or commercially use the images

• Edit or alter the images beyond cropping

• Remove watermarks (if present)

• Claim the images as your own work

Commercial use requires a separate agreement.

7. Copyright

All images remain the copyright of XF Photography.

Purchasing images does not transfer copyright.

8. Liability

XF Photography is not responsible for:

• Missed roadside shots (as these sessions are unscheduled and not guaranteed)

• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances

• Loss of images after delivery (please back up your files)

9. Gift Cards

9.1 General

Gift cards purchased from XF Photography may be redeemed toward a standard motorbike photoshoot. Gift cards hold no cash value and are non‑refundable under all circumstances.

9.2 Validity

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

9.3 What the Gift Card Includes

A gift card covers the standard XF Photography photoshoot only. Optional add‑ons (including additional edits, extra motorbikes, or additional locations) are not included and may be purchased separately by the recipient.

9.4 Travel & Accommodation

Gift cards do not include travel outside the standard service radius of Wiltshire. Mileage charges, additional location fees, and any required accommodation remain payable by the recipient. These costs will be discussed and agreed before the session is confirmed.

9.5 Redeeming a Gift Card

To redeem a gift card, the recipient must contact XF Photography directly to arrange a date and location. The individual redeeming the gift card becomes the “Client” under these Terms of Sale.

9.6 Delivery of Gift Cards

Gift cards are delivered digitally via email. No physical card is provided unless agreed separately.

9.7 Transferability

Gift cards may be transferred to another person only with prior written consent from XF Photography.

10. Governing Law

By purchasing digital products or printed products from XF Photography, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Sale.
