Digital Image License Agreement

Effective Date: 23/03/2025

This Digital Image Licence applies to all images supplied by XF Photography, including photoshoot images and roadside photography. By purchasing or receiving images, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Licence Type

All images are supplied with a personal use licence.

This licence grants you the right to:

• Download and store the images

• Share them on personal social media accounts

• Print them for personal display

• Use them for personal, non‑commercial purposes

No commercial rights are included unless agreed separately in writing.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Sell, license, or commercially use the images

• Use the images for advertising, sponsorships, brand deals, or promotional content

• Submit the images to magazines, competitions, or publications without written permission

• Edit or alter the images beyond basic cropping

• Apply filters or AI editing tools

• Remove watermarks (if present)

• Claim the images as your own work

• Share the images with third‑party businesses or organisations

Commercial use requires a separate commercial licence.

3. Copyright

All images remain the exclusive copyright of XF Photography.

Purchasing or receiving images does not transfer copyright.

XF Photography retains the right to:

• Use images for portfolio, website, and social media

• Use images for marketing and promotional purposes

If you prefer your images not to be used publicly, please request this in writing before your session.

4. Delivery & Storage

• Images are delivered digitally via an online gallery.

• XF Photography recommends downloading and backing up your images promptly.

• XF Photography is not responsible for loss of files after delivery.

5. Non‑Refundable Digital Products

All digital images — including photoshoot images and roadside images — are non‑refundable.

Once delivered, no refunds or exchanges can be offered.

6. Usage on Social Media

You are welcome to share your images on personal social media accounts.

Credit is appreciated but not required:

You may not tag or credit the images as belonging to another photographer or brand.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the use of the Images and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

By using the Images, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms of this Digital Image License Agreement.
