XF Photography – Gift Card Policy

This Gift Card Policy explains the terms that apply to all gift cards purchased from XF Photography. By purchasing or redeeming a gift card, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. What a Gift Card Covers

1.1 A gift card may be redeemed toward a standard XF Photography motorbike photoshoot.

1.2 Gift cards do not include optional add‑ons such as:

• additional edits

• extra motorbikes

• additional locations

• printed products

These may be purchased separately by the recipient.

2. Validity

2.1 Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

2.2 Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed, extended, or refunded.

3. Travel & Location

3.1 Gift cards include the standard service radius of Wiltshire.

3.2 Travel outside Wiltshire, mileage charges, additional location fees, and any required accommodation remain payable by the recipient.

3.3 All additional costs will be discussed and agreed before the session is confirmed.

4. Booking a Session Using a Gift Card

4.1 To redeem a gift card, the recipient must contact XF Photography directly to arrange a date and location.

4.2 The individual redeeming the gift card becomes the Client and agrees to all XF Photography Terms & Conditions and Terms of Sale.

4.3 Bookings are subject to availability.

4.4 Standard booking policies apply, including weather rescheduling and safety requirements.

5. Delivery of Gift Cards

5.1 Gift cards are delivered digitally via email.

5.2 No physical card is provided unless agreed separately.

5.3 The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct email address.

6. Refunds & Transfers

6.1 Gift cards are non‑refundable under all circumstances.

6.2 Gift cards hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

6.3 Gift cards may be transferred to another person only with prior written consent from XF Photography.

7. Usage Rights for Gift Card Recipients

7.1 Images received through a gift‑card session include a personal use licence.

7.2 Gift cards do not grant commercial usage rights.

7.3 All standard copyright and usage restrictions apply.

8. Lost or Misplaced Gift Cards

8.1 XF Photography may reissue a digital gift card at its discretion if proof of purchase is provided.

8.2 XF Photography is not responsible for lost, deleted, or misdirected emails.

9. Fraud & Misuse

9.1 XF Photography reserves the right to refuse redemption of any gift card suspected of being:

• fraudulent

• altered

• duplicated

• obtained through unauthorised means
