XF Photography – Roadside Photography Safety Notice

Roadside photography involves capturing riders as they pass a fixed location on public roads. Safety is the highest priority, and by taking part in roadside photography you agree to the following:
1. Ride Safely and Legally
• You must ride within your ability and follow all road laws at all times.
• I do not encourage or request speeding, stunts, harsh braking, or unsafe manoeuvres.
• You are fully responsible for your own riding decisions.
2. Public Road Conditions
• Roadside photography takes place on open public roads.
• Traffic, pedestrians, animals, weather, and road conditions may change at any time.
• You must ride appropriately for the conditions.
3. No Direction or Instruction
• I do not direct how you should ride past the camera.
• You choose your own speed, line, and approach.
• You must not attempt to pose, look at the camera, or adjust your riding in a way that compromises safety.
4. Your Bike Must Be Road‑Safe
• Your motorbike must be roadworthy, taxed, insured, and safe to ride.
• You are responsible for ensuring your tyres, brakes, and equipment are in good condition.
5. Personal Responsibility
• You participate entirely at your own risk.
• I am not liable for any accidents, injuries, damage, or loss that occur while riding past the camera.
• You must maintain full control of your bike at all times.
6. Image Delivery
• Roadside images are delivered automatically once payment is completed.
• Images may appear in group galleries where multiple riders are present.
7. Public Photography
• Roadside photography takes place in public spaces where there is no reasonable expectation of privacy.
• If you wish to request removal of an image, you may do so in accordance with my Privacy Policy.
8. Respect the Location
• Do not stop in unsafe areas or obstruct traffic.
• Park only where it is legal and safe to do so.
• Be mindful of residents, other road users, and the environment.
