Privte photoshoot

A fully tailored session built around you and your bike. This includes the full photoshoot and all edited digital photos in your final gallery - £100

• Additional bike – £25 per bike

Roadside/events
£10
Natural, in‑the‑moment captures taken at popular riding spots across Wiltshire and beyond. No booking required — simply ride past, check the gallery, and purchase the shots you love.
I also cover bike meets, ride‑outs, and motorcycle events at no cost to the organiser. There is no booking fee — you simply share the gallery with attendees, and only riders who choose to buy their photos pay for them.
Pricing:
• Digital Photos – £10 each
• Organisers may request private or public galleries

FAQ
Do you travel for photoshoots?
Yes — I travel across Wiltshire and the surrounding areas. Travel outside Wiltshire is charged at the HMRC standard mileage rate, and if the session requires long‑distance travel or an early start, accommodation may be added where necessary. All travel costs are confirmed upfront.
What should we wear for our session?
Wear whatever feels comfortable and reflects your style as a rider. Most people choose their riding gear, but casual clothing works just as well for static shots. Confidence always photographs best.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Turnaround time is typically 3–7 days, depending on the size of the gallery. Every image is edited with care and attention to detail, and I’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
CAN I RESCHEDULE MY SESSION
Yes — you can reschedule as long as the request is made more than 14 days before your session date, in line with the contract.
Rescheduling within 14 days isn’t permitted and would be treated as a cancellation.
WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD
Motorbike photography is heavily weather‑dependent. If the weather is unsafe or unsuitable, I may reschedule the session at my discretion.
If the weather turns and both you and I agree that conditions make the session impractical or unsafe, we can reschedule even within the 14‑day window without any additional fees.
This flexibility only applies when both parties agree — otherwise, the standard 14‑day rescheduling rule applies.
Can I choose my own location?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to choose a location that suits your style. If you’d like suggestions, I know plenty of great spots across Wiltshire. Additional locations can be added for £25 per location.
What does the gift card cover
It covers the full XF Photography photoshoot experience.
Any optional add‑ons (like extra location or additional bikes) can be purchased separately by the recipient if they choose.
How do I receive the gift card
You’ll receive a digital gift card file instantly after purchase, ready to print or forward.
Your unique gift card code will be emailed within 24 hours.
How does the recipient redeem it
They simply contact me with their unique gift card code and we’ll book their session on any available date.
